Our seasonings are formulated for professional use at a rate of 5–8% w/w (weight by weight). This means for every 100g of your base ingredient, use 5–8g of CHEF-GRADE seasoning. Exact rates may vary by recipe and desired intensity — we recommend starting at 5% and adjusting to taste.

2. How long do your products last?

All CHEF-GRADE products have a shelf life of 6 months from the date of manufacture when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal tightly and use within the recommended period for best results.

3. Are your products preservative-free?

Yes. All CHEF-GRADE seasonings and cheese powders are 100% preservative-free, made with clean-label ingredients suited for professional kitchens that prioritise quality and transparency.

4. What sizes are available?

We offer our products in the following pack sizes to suit every scale of operation:

7. How do I place a bulk order?

8. Do you ship internationally?
